To be eligible to apply, the following must be met:
- The fund can only help families with a child who is 21 or younger (or up to 25 if the child is care experienced).
- The child must be facing hardship.
- A sponsor must submit a fully completed application via a web application portal link. Dunbar and East Lothian Debt Advice can act as a sponsor.
